Anitha Pai, Founder
Hi! My name is Anitha. I started Hamara Collective in 2021 after 15 years of supporting non-profits, education organizations, start-ups, and global firms. I’ve worn many hats in each of these spaces from entry-level to the senior leadership team. I’ve spent years working as a curriculum designer, diversity & inclusion specialist, program director, and trainer. The common thread throughout all of my work is bringing people together for meaningful experiences that catalyze individual growth and collective impact.
At Hamara Collective, I strive to build bridges and bring a spirit of optimism, authenticity, and purpose to each partnership. My values are informed by my experiences as an immigrant, a middle child, and a kid from Oklahoma with a serious nomadic streak. My expertise is guided by a Master’s in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and an Instructional Design Certificate from the Association of Talent Development.
