A client organization had made progress toward an organization change initiative; however, they were at a critical juncture. Success in this next phase was dependent on how effectively and inclusively managers would be able to guide team members to understand and apply the new process.
The organization contracted Hamara Collective to develop a training module and follow-up practice sessions for managers as they led the significant effort to revise the organization’s policy and practices.
The Hamara Collective team created a foundational training video that engaged managers to learn and apply strategies for communicating organizational change. The implementation-focused module and supplemental conversation guide supported managers across the organization to have more thoughtful and goal-oriented one-on-one conversations with their direct reports. In addition, Anitha collaborated with the team to guide two follow-up sessions for managers to practice what they learned using real-world scenarios.
