Building capacity to develop an impactful online course
The founder of a fundraising firm that has helped thousands of organizations raise millions of dollars in philanthropic support was about to onboard six new team members to support the development of a new online course and coaching program.
To get started, the team needed some foundational knowledge about adult learning strategies before they could dive into the multi-month project.
After clarifying the goals of the session, Hamara Collective was hired to offer a 45-minute presentation to support the team as they began the initial stages of designing the revised online course. Anitha led an interactive session and provided actionable steps for the team to incorporate effective learning and engagement strategies into their final product.
