When a social impact firm launched a new program offering for leadership development services, the company reached out to Hamara Collective to review participant feedback from an initial pilot program and provide recommendations to expand the offering to employees of a Fortune 100 technology company.
To create a new offering that better aligned with the client’s needs, we reviewed existing curriculum, provided design recommendations, revised the program material, and offered facilitation guidance to the session facilitator. The final product was a 6-month long, cohort-based model that included interactive workshops, guest speakers, and a final capstone project.
