Case study

A large public university hosted a strategic planning retreat to bring together early-childhood, education, and research initiatives. The goal of the planning session was to gather key stakeholders to offer insights into the broader landscape and explore how each project could better align their activities.  

With just a few days before the retreat, a lead event organizer reached out to Hamara Collective with a time-sensitive request to help refine the program goals and event agenda. After updating the agenda and creating new materials, the final event guided  participants to craft shared goals, build consensus, and develop next steps that furthered collaboration across initiatives.
